ClinEco is a B2B Ecosystem and Marketplace in Clinical Trials. It is a leading innovator in strategic outsourcing, innovation, and information exchange for all the clinical trials stakeholders. Our mission is to streamline partnerships and drive collaboration in the clinical trials industry.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Biopharma Relations, to lead the charge in establishing and nurturing relationships with biopharmaceutical companies. This strategic role involves working closely with product teams, marketing, and key stakeholders to drive the buyer adoption of our platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clinical trials through fostering strong partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for engaging biopharma companies, both large and small.
  • Lead the “ground game;” customize and build close relationships with the most significant clients on the buyer side.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand platform features and benefits, and ensure alignment with industry needs.
  • Lead the creation of targeted marketing campaigns and materials to promote platform adoption by clinical trial sponsors and large CROs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at biopharma companies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing insights, guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to platform adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Serve a strategic role, contributing to the overall growth and success of the ClinEco community.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans independently.
  • Experience and/or understanding of the outsourcing processes in clinical trials.
  • In-depth understanding of strategic outsourcing needs within the industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with biopharma teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Indicators of Success: The success of this role will be measured by the increased adoption and successful implementation of our platform by pharmaceutical and biopharma companies.

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT »

Summary:
Our company is a leader in organizing and hosting educational conferences for the pharmaceutical, battery technology, and other industries. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital presence and engagement through various digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will bring fresh insights and ideas to optimize these channels, including Organic Search, PPC, and Social Media.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year of SEO, Analytics, and/or Event Marketing; be an active listener and critical and analytical thinker, providing support and offering input to help meet project goals; and be collaborative and eager to learn and contribute to our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft SEO-driven, keyword-dense content for increased organic search visibility.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools for channel analysis, keyword research, organic search trend analysis, and competitor research.
  • Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click campaigns, monitoring performance metrics closely.
  • Create and optimize event listings on third party platforms, using engaging content and multimedia.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, collaborating on campaign objectives and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with design and web teams for the creation of ad creatives and promotional videos.
  • Present data-driven insights to various departments, such as preparing and presenting channel reports, weekly team presentations, annual reports, and more.
  • Assist across multiple departments with marketing analytics insights.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year of SEO, Analytics, and/or Event Marketing
  • Proficiency with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and SEMRush

STAFF ACCOUNTANT – PAYROLL SPECIALIST »

Cambridge Innovation Institute (CII), headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to assist with or be fully responsible for the following duties:

  • Accounts payable
  • Expense reimbursements
  • General Ledger and bank reconciliations
  • Journal entries
  • Month-end close
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
  • Ensure accuracy in employee timekeeping, deductions, and withholdings.
  • Prepare and enter Payroll Journal Entries
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • File and record maintenance

Work location: This position is required to be in our Needham, Massachusetts headquarters office at least one day per week.

Required skills and experience:

  • At least three (3) years of mid-level accounting experience, AP/AR, General Ledger, report generation, bookkeeping, end-to-end payroll processing
  • Proficiency with financial software (ADP, Peachtree, Sage, Concur, etc.) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Must be detail oriented with quick follow through, able to work independently with confidential information, and consistently exercise good judgment in dealing with competing demands and priorities.
  • Able to commute to our Needham, Massachusetts office at least one day per week.
  • BA or BS degree desirable
